Our first prerequisites for employment at Crisp-LaDew are:
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clear record.
- You must be honest, dependable, reliable and motivated.
System Maintenance Technician
- 5+ years sprinkler and / or alarm installation experience.
- Familiar with all types of prints, systems, valves, pumps, etc.
- Organized with the ability to plan ahead and direct others.
Designer
- 4+ years fire sprinkler and / or alarm design experience.
- NICET certification preferred Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCad.
Sales Estimator Project Manager
- 5+ years sprinkler and / or alarm design experience.
- NICET certification preferred.
- Thorough communication, organization and computer skills needed.
Purchasing Agent - Stock Lister
- 2 to 4 years sprinkler and / or education in purchasing a blueprint reading.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft office.
- Familiarization with varying types of blue prints.
- Organized with the ability to plan ahead and direct others.
Project Manager
- 5+ years sprinkler and / or alarm installation experience.
- 2+ years project management experience, and / or education.
- Effective communication and computer skills required.
Systems Inspector
- NICET Level II in Inspection and Test of Water Based Systems.
- 2+ years in inspections of fire alarm systems.
- NICET Level II and / or IMSA certification required.
Plumbers
- 3+ years of CPVC pipe installation experience.
- Apprentice programs are available in most of our career specialties.
